Branded as “Ember at Two Rivers”, this 285-unit, garden-style community in Tampa’s rapidly growing northern suburbs will feature three-story, stick-built buildings with elevator access. Ideally situated just a few miles from I-75 and only 20 minutes north of downtown Tampa, the property offers exceptional convenience near the new Orlando Health Hospital, a Publix-anchored shopping center, and a state park, all adjacent to Highway 56.
