Branded as “Hearth at Two Rivers”, this 285-unit, garden-style community in Tampa’s rapidly growing northern suburbs will feature three-story, stick-built buildings with elevator access. Ideally situated just a few miles from I-75 and only 20 minutes north of downtown Tampa, the property offers exceptional convenience near the new Orlando Health Hospital, a Publix-anchored shopping center, and a state park, all adjacent to Highway 56. Construction is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2026.

Winkler & Gladiolus is a project in Fort Myers, Fla. Utilizing block and plank construction with surface parking, and will consist of 386 units in four, 5-story buildings, and four townhome units.
