Winkler & Gladiolus is a project in Fort Myers, Fla. Utilizing block and plank construction with surface parking, and will consist of 386 units in four, 5-story buildings, and four townhome units.

One of a very few remaining in-fill sites west of Interstate 75, W&G is centrally located in Southern Lee County, with a short drive to area attractions such as Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Palmera at Summerlin is situated near Lakes Park, multiple Lee Health System hospitals, and plenty of schools.

Palmera at Summerlin community amenities feature a resort-style pool, two-story clubhouse and sky lounge, fitness center, dog park, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a walking path around a community lake that spans more than seven acres.

Construction began on March 2024.
