The Wren

The Wren, located in Lawrenceville, Ga., is a 361-unit multifamily community consisting of 3/4-split unconditioned corridor buildings with elevators and surface parking. The Wren is conveniently located adjacent to Ga. 316, with a short drive to downtown Lawrenceville, and walking distance to Georgia Gwinnett College. Amenities include upgraded unit finishes, a rooftop deck, swimming and lap pools and a large green, all of which combine for an unforgettable community. Because The Wren is a luxury, market rate community, it will appeal to all demographics.

Conveniently located adjacent to the South Point shopping district, Crest at South Point takes advantage of McDonough and Henry County’s explosive growth rate. Residents are a 30-minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, with beautiful club space, separate co-working areas, a resort-style pool and large village green are among the list of amenities.

SODO is located within walking distance of Duluth Town Green, restaurants and downtown Duluth activity. Including District of Duluth, SODO is TRG’s second community to take advantage of the unrivaled downtown location amenity.  Additional amenities include a resort-style pool, speak easy-styled club room and condominium-grade finishes.

District at Duluth

The Residential Group designed District at Duluth as a "mid-garden" style community, marrying the efficiencies of garden-style construction with the appeal of a mid-rise asset. The District will be an institutional, core-quality asset with market-leading unit finishes and drive-by exposure visible to 40,000 vehicles per day. The four and five-story community is elevator serviced with internal conditioned corridors. One Metrocenter

In September of 2016, The Residential Group and PPD Holdings sold One MetroCenter, a 320-unit community in Nashville, Tennessee, for $67.4 million.

One MetroCenter is a high-density apartment community developed by The Residential Group and Horsepower Realty, LLC.  The property is located in Metro Center on Vantage Way.  The housing community is in close proximity to downtown and works off the synergy of the existing office park, making it an ideal living destination. Gilbert Smith, a broker with Equitable Property brought TRG and Horsepower together for this trend-setting opportunity.

Crest at Laurelwood

In July of 2016, The Residential Group and PPD Holdings sold Crest at Laurelwood, a 272-unit garden community located in Woodstock, Georgia, for $43.2 million.

The Crest at Laurelwood features spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Unit interiors include high-end features, such as nine-foot ceilings (with ten-foot ceilings in select first floor units), wood cabinets, glass mosaic backsplash, faux-hardwood in the foyers, marble countertops in the bathrooms, faux-granite countertops in the kitchen, and black, energy-saving Whirlpool appliances. The community incorporates a wealth of in-house amenities including a multi-level fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a cyber café, business center, resort-style swimming pool, and leasable garages. 

This high-end boutique community also features a gated entrance, two-story clubhouse, a separate pool house with a large deck and spectacular outdoor spaces, including an outdoor kitchen and fire pit with comfortable lounge seating for entertaining. Residents at the property can also enjoy direct access to the Greenprints Trail, which provides connectivity to downtown Woodstock and multiple area parks.


West End Village

In January of 2014, The Residential Group and PPD Holdings sold West End Village, a 244-unit luxury apartment community in Nashville, Tennessee, for $51.25 million.

​Development of West End Village was a partnership comprised of EDGE Principal Advisors, PPD Holdings, The Residential Group, LLC, and BBVA Compass Bank.

The property is located minutes from Vanderbilt University and the West End community, HCA, and five regional hospitals.

Nashville and the West End community are world renowned for the origin and maintaining of country music, including Second Avenue and the Country Music Hall of Fame -- both are walking distance from West End Village. Additionally, West End boasts the historic Ryman Auditorium, considered the “Mother Church of Country Music,” and the 132-acre Centennial Park, which attracts many Nashville residents and visitors. This high-end development attracts residents looking for a living environment that offers access to all the cultural opportunities West End offers in conjunction with Vanderbilt University.

West End Village's finish mirrors a condominium feel that differs from apartment homes currently surrounding the Vanderbilt and West End community. Crest at Naples is an apartment community that will consist of 200 units, with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Community amenities include a clubhouse with recreation center, fitness center, aerobics/yoga/pilates room, billiards/game room, business center, swimming pool, BBQ/picnic facilities, children's playground, gate-secured access, valet trash, storage units for rent, wi-fi in common areas, outdoor kitchen with custom grill area, and a dog park.

In July of 2014, The Residential Group and PPD Holdings sold Crest at Brier Creek, a 291-unit garden apartment community located in Raleigh, North Carolina, for $37.5 million.

Development of Crest at Brier Creek was comprised of Clarion Development Ventures III, The Residential Group, LLC and RBC Bank. Located in the Brier Creek Section of Raleigh, NC, the upscale project is situated at the intersection of Glenwood Ave (U.S. 70) and I-540, less than a 10-minute drive from Research Triangle Park, downtown Raleigh and Durham, and only a few miles from RDU International Airport. 

Raleigh is characterized by a highly educated population, with graduates from area universities including Duke, North Carolina State and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, finding opportunity in the high tech, pharmaceutical, research, and financial sectors. Key employers include Biogen, Cisco Systems, IBM, Nortel Networks and the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Raleigh was named by Fortune magazine as No. 1 of the 50 Best Places for Business and Careers and No. 2 of the Next Big Boom Towns in the US.

Crest at Bonita Springs is an apartment community that will consist of 264 units in six three-story buildings, with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Located in Bonita Springs in southwest Florida, the property is equidistant to Naples and Ft. Myers employment centers and will have main thoroughfare to Gulf Beaches, along with easy access to the I-75 interchange. Starbucks, Five Guys, Home Depot, Culvers, Waffle House and Speedway are among the existing and planned retail outlets within walking distance.
