Principals


Pablo Diego

Pablo Diego came to the United States from Spain in 1983 with a vision of one day running his own business in the multifamily real estate and development industry. Upon arriving in the States, Pablo became a co-founder of Euramex Managemet Group, LLC, an Atlanta-based real estate developer that specialized in luxury apartment communities and other commercial developments. Under his watch, Euramex developed and built more than 6,000 multifamily units, plus an additional 4,000 units through PPD Holdings.

With the budding success of Euramex, Pablo decided to expand his entrepreneurship to a new venture – PPD Holdings, LLLP, which he founded in the early 1990s. His vision for PPD was to create a company that specializes in merging people and their ideas by providing the resources to make those ideas become a reality. Specializing in a variety of companies in the multifamily real estate and service industries, PPD has grown from a small five-employee company to a heavyweight in the development industry totaling $250 million in sales per year.

Under Pablo’s guidance, PPD has orchestrated investments totaling more than $1.8 billion.

Pablo is married to his wife Patricia, and they have three adult children.

Kurt R. Alexander

Kurt Alexander is an accomplished multi-family development and construction professional. His project experience has ranged from high-rise condominiums to garden style apartment developments from the Mid-Atlantic to Southwest regions. His skills have been honed over the course of an 18-year career. He joined Trey Massey and Pablo Diego to form TRG in 2010.

In 2005, Kurt became a National Partner with York Residential. His responsibilities included site selection, entitlements, design, implementation and construction management for all developments in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Florida regions. Total project volume for York was in excess of $570 million during his tenure, including garden apartments, mixed-use projects and transit-oriented developments.

In 2000, Kurt was hired by Trammell Crow Residential as a Project Manager, progressed to Director of Preconstruction and was relocated to Orlando, FL to serve as Vice President of Construction. In that role, he was in charge of overseeing the North Florida Region. With TCR, he participated in the development of over $360 Million in residential projects encompassing student housing, garden apartments, mixed-use projects, and high-rise condominiums.

Prior to TCR, Kurt worked as a Project Manager for Winter Construction, and as a Civil Engineer with Eberly & Associates. He received his bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of Alabama. He, his wife Alison and their four children reside in Marietta, Ga.

Ana Krohn

Ana is also construction manager for The Residential Group. Her experience in construction and property management dates back to 2010. Prior to joining TRG in 2015, she spearheaded the renovations program for Euramex Management Group, LLC. Under her leadership, the program executed robust renovations in occupied apartments within days, a strategy unheard of in the industry. In all, more than 700 occupied units were renovated in a three-year span. Ana tremendously impacted the core value of almost every one of the Legacy Wesley Communities, increasing the net return on investment and core value of every community her team tackled.

In her role as Project Manager for Convest LLC, Ana also coordinated exterior renovation projects for value-add multifamily assets. Exterior renovations included hardscape, landscaping, drainage, full clubhouse renovations, signage and the execution of a rebranding plan proposed by architects and developers.

In addition to construction management, Ana coordinated with on site and corporate property management teams to insure seamless communication between construction events and the property's residents.

Currently, Ana is overseeing garden-style, podium, wrap and mixed-use multifamily projects, from the permitting process to final delivery. Additionally, Ana provides consulting services to The Management Group on renovation projects and value-add strategies.

Ana resides in Sandy Springs and is married with two sons.
